- In-Person Orders (Bring Your Object):
- If you have a physical object that you’d like to replicate, feel free to visit our Grimsby location (Unit 23 Grimsby Business Centre, King Edward Street, Grimsby).
- If you are not local, you can also send your item to the above address. However, we ask that you email us at info@tidewater3d.co.uk before sending anything to us.
- Chris will take a look at the item, discuss any specific requirements, and ensure we understand your vision.
- He’ll create a 3D model that fits the needs of the object
- The item will be sent to print, either on our FDM or Resin 3D printers.
- Online Orders (Send Us STL Files):
- For convenience, you can also place an order remotely by sending us the STL files required for 3D printing to info@tidewater3d.co.uk.
- Follow these steps:
- Email us your STL files directly through the above email address.
- Provide any additional instructions or preferences.
- Chris will review the files and confirm the details with you.
Turn Around Times
Turn Around Times can vastly vary depending on a range of factors, including:
- Our current workloads
- The size of the object
- The number of items required
If you are working to specific deadlines, we will try our best to meet them, however this may incur additional charges.
