How it works...
If you already have a model, we will send it for a Feasibility Check. This is where we assess the technical requirements of the replacement parts, taking into consideration geometry, size, material and stress factors. If feasible, we will take it to the next stage.
If you do not have a model, we will use CAD to design one to your specifications. Once this has been created, and approved by you, we will send it to be 3D printed.
3D Printing Process:
We use state-of-the-art 3D printers to fabricate the replacement part. Quality control ensures that the part meets specifications to suit your individual needs.
Delivery
When placing your order with us, during the Quoting process, we will always discuss with you whether you wish to collect from our Grimsby workshop, Cleethorpes shop (that we sell from), or delivered to your home or work address. If you are local to North East Lincolnshire, we may also be able to drop your 3D printed items off ourselves.
Once your 3D printed replacement part will be ready for either collection or delivery, we will provide any necessary instructions regarding installation and maintenance. This could include painting instructions, as an example.
